    Beginner’s Kayaking Tour (Adults)     Kid’s Kayaking Camp    
       
This introductory tour is designed for the new or beginner adult recreational kayaker. Students will be introduced to basic kayaking strokes, dock exit and entry, and maneuvers needed to maintain boat control in the water. The course consists of 2 hours of instruction on the water. All paddling will take place within Gig Harbor.

Get ready for an amazing four days of water adventures: learn to kayak, explore the rich maritime heritage of Gig Harbor and discover the marine environment. Spend three days kayaking inside the harbor: learn kayak safety, equipment, basic strokes and maneuvers.
The last day includes a boat tour with Destiny Harbor Tours, Stand-up Paddleboard practice, and pedal boat races.
